Finding Your Way When You Don’t Know Where You’re Going

Finding Your Way When You Don’t Know Where You’re Going

I Don't Know Where I'm Going, but I'm On My Way - Finding Your WayHave You Lost Your Way?

People can lose their way from time to time. I found this especially true with some of my fellow stay-at-home moms. We were discussing what do you do after your children start school. This is why I love “I don’t know where I’m going, but I’m on my way” so much. Even if you don’t know where you’re going right now, you can still work on finding your way.

Some moms have plans to return to their old careers, some have been taking classes and are going to start new careers, and some just have no idea. I was one of those people who had no idea. To be fair, I’m still finding my way, and figuring it all out. I needed to find something to do though because my youngest will be in school full-time very shortly.

Finding Your Way On Your Own Path

Life is a journey, and every day we travel another step along its path. Sometimes you really don’t know where you’re headed, but if you keep moving forward in what feels like the right direction, good things are bound to happen. You just need to find that path to take the first step on.

This is when I decided to start Stupendous Sales. I needed my business outlet. I kept feeling like I was missing something from my life. Ever since I was in the 3rd grade, I can remember being fascinated with business. That passion never died. I’m kind of like a serial entrepreneur. One business to the next. I feel I’ve finally settled on everything now though.

Keep Moving Forward While Finding Your Way

Whatever you do, don’t stay put in one place too long if you’re stuck. Keep moving forward, one foot in front of the other. Try something different, something new. Figure out what you really want to do. This might take you a while, but you’ll only find that thing you’re looking for if you’re actively looking for it.

While I enjoy business, I’m also passionate about writing. It’s a type of therapy for me. I will always be a pen-and-paper kind of girl. This is the reason I took more than one path and A Stupendous Life was created. A Stupendous Life is also my home base to tie everything together that’s Stupendous. (Stupendous Sales, Stupendous Planning, and my Social Media username, BeStupendous.)

When you’ve settled on your decision, or a good decision at the time, go with it. Enjoy the journey, and keep traveling farther down the road than you could have ever imagined.

Life it too short to stay still. Go experience the journey of a lifetime.
